If we made a text mistake and did not meet the basic layout of your custom sign, then you may return the sign so that we can fix the specific affected area or layout issue that was our mistake. We will credit you for the return postage if you use the same packaging we used to send the sign to you. You will not be charged for the shipping back to you. Other terms specific to this guarantee are available upon request. We may at only our sole discretion elect to remake your sign.
Any attempt by the customer to commit credit card fraud through misrepresentation of the facts to the credit card company will void any and all claims of the guarantee.
Our quoted estimated production time is a guideline which we seldom exceed. Reasons for exceeding the production time are connected to weather and temperature or availability of materials. Exceeding the production time is not a reason for demanding a refund or a credit. If we offer a partial credit, it is at our sole discretion.
